You stand on a wider base. Easier rolling allows for a more pronounced roll. Its well-cushioned, flexible EVA sole construction offers solid support with a slip-resistant rubber tread. The Vibram® Multigrip® outsole allows for optimal grip even on rough terrain and via ferrata. The Meindl Bernina 2 has a Meindl Category B rating for extended and challenging hikes, even on poor trails and climbs in low mountain ranges and light alpine terrain.
