The Tatra II GTX features Click Clamps for dual-zone lacing and tongue hooks that prevent the tongue from slipping. This ensures that the shoe is perfectly fixed in the ankle area. This counteracts twisting, prevents blisters (through improved heel fit) and provides surefootedness. The technology incorporated in the shaft provides a pumping effect when walking, which constantly ensures fresh air on the foot and a comfortable foot climate. The midsole and impact absorption in the heel area provide cushioned ground contact. The Vibram® AW Integral sole with trekking tread has braking and tread lugs.
